Description of services:

Construction of an industrial building for all trades of approximately 70 m 2 reinforced concrete;

Construction of a TCE storage building in metal frame and cladding on concrete slab of about 300 m 2 ;

Construction and redevelopment of roads and various networks (fluid and electrical);

Construction of a 30 m × 30 m concrete slab equipped with an effluent recovery system;

Renovation of some small works and ancillary buildings;

Construction of a reinforced concrete casemate of about 200 m 2 on an existing reinforced concrete slab including necessary structural modifications;

Installation of a TCE building type modular bungalow 30 m 2 ;

Modification of the interior layout of two small casemates;

Bring utilities (electricity, water, drainage, etc.);

Rehabilitation of an existing industrial building of approximately 300 m 2 .

State bodies concerned:

- preparation of the land (earthworks);

- roads and various networks;

- Big work;

- enclosed and covered (metal frame, cladding, waterproofing, exterior joinery, etc.);

- architectural trades (interior carpentry, plastering, floor and wall coverings, etc.);
