The object of the contract is to ensure the transport of persons by means of vehicles of the

limousines, VIP minivans and luxury chauffeur-driven coaches at five events

ministerial meetings organised by Wallonia in the framework of the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the Union

from 1 January to 30 June 2024, on behalf of Wallonie-Bruxelles International,

administration in charge of the international relations of Wallonia and the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. The five ministerial events are:

• the informal meeting of European Ministers in charge of Cohesion Policy, Mons

February 5 and 6, 2024;

• Ministerial and Expert Conference on the Social Economy, Liège, 12 and 13 February

2024 ;

• The informal meeting of European Ministers responsible for Research, La Hulpe, on 14 and

February 15, 2024;

• The informal meeting of European Ministers in charge of Tourism, La Hulpe, Louvain-laNeuve, on 19 and 20 February 2024;

• The Conference of European Ministers in charge of housing, Liège, 4 and 5 March 2024.

Services are "all inclusive" (waiting time, parking, fuel, costs

operation of the vehicle, driver services, profit margin, etc.) and involve a

exclusive assignment of the driver and the vehicle (= no other missions) for the duration of the

mission.
