To provide Occupational Health Services to Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. It is expected that all NHS staff should have access to competent, comprehensive and confidential occupational health services. Staff working in the NHS are entitled to equity of access to OH services regardless of where they work or their working patterns. Equity of access must consider the accessibility of OH departments and the availability of competent OH staff.
