The subject of the contract is the supply of heating oil to the GDDKiA Branch in Katowice with a division into parts:

Part 1. Delivery of fuel oil to the facilities of the Zabrze Region;

Part 2. Delivery of fuel oil to the District facility in Zawiercie;

Part 3. Delivery of fuel oil to the District facility in Wysokie Brzeg;

Part 4. Delivery of fuel oil to the Road Laboratory in Jaworzno - Faculty of Technology and Quality of Road Construction.

The subject of the contract is the supply of heating oil to the district facilities in Zabrze

Expected delivery:60 000 l

Place of supply covered by the order and capacity of fuel oil tanks:

1) District in Zabrze, 41-810 Zabrze, Chudowska 1- reservoir with capacity. 8,000 liters.

2) Road Circuit in Birkenau, 44-164 Gliwice-Brzezinka, 3 Białostocka Street - reservoir with a capacity of 2. 7,000 liters.

3) Road Circuit in Racibórz, 47-400 Racibórz, 1-go Maja 3 Street - reservoir with a capacity of 3. 4,000 liters

The deadline for the execution of the order is 24 months from the date of signing the Agreement or until the maximum value of the Agreement referred to in SWZ TOM II § 4 section 1 is exhausted (if it occurs before the expiry of the above-mentioned deadline). The Contractor is obliged to carry out the subject of delivery successively, at each written (including by fax or e-mail) order of the Ordering Party's Representative, within the dates and quantities indicated by him, throughout the entire term of the Agreement in accordance with the provisions contained in SWZ Volume II.

Expected number of deliveries: 7 000 l.

Place of supply covered by the order and capacity of fuel oil tanks:

1) Road Circuit in Szczekociny, Żarnowiecka 51, 42-445 Szczekociny - a tank with a capacity of 42-445 Szczekociny. 2 000 liters.

The deadline for the execution of the order is 24 months from the date of signing the Agreement or until the maximum value of the Agreement referred to in SWZ TOM II § 4 section 1 is exhausted (if it occurs before the expiry of the above-mentioned deadline). The Contractor is obliged to carry out the subject of delivery successively, at each written (including by fax or e-mail) order of the Ordering Party's Representative, within the dates and quantities indicated by him, throughout the entire term of the Agreement in accordance with the provisions contained in SWZ Volume II.

Expected delivery volume: 120,000 litres.

Place of supply covered by the order and capacity of fuel oil tanks:

1) Motorway Maintenance Circuit Kończyce, 41-810 Zabrze, Chudowska 1 Street – garage tank with capacity. 4 000 liters.

2) Motorway Maintenance Circuit Kończyce, 41-810 Zabrze, 1 Chudowska Street – an old reservoir with a capacity of 200 Chudowska Street. 2 000 liters.

3) Motorway Maintenance Circuit Kończyce, 41-810 Zabrze, 1 Chudowska Street – car wash tank with capacity. 1 600 liters

Expected delivery volume: 60,000 l.

Place of deliveries covered by the order and capacity of fuel oil tanks: Faculty of Technology and Quality of Road Construction - Road Laboratory, 43-600 Jaworzno, 6 Drogowców Street – tanks 12 x 980 liters

The deadline for the execution of the order is 24 months from the date of signing the Agreement or until the maximum value of the Agreement referred to in SWZ TOM II § 4 section 1 is exhausted (if it occurs before the expiry of the above-mentioned deadline). The Contractor is obliged to carry out the subject of delivery successively, at each written (including by fax or e-mail) order of the Ordering Party's Representative, within the dates and quantities indicated by him, throughout the entire term of the Agreement in accordance with the provisions contained in SWZ Volume II.
