The object of the award procedure is the procurement of electrical and building services requirements for the institutes and facilities of the Max Planck Society, whereby it is intended to conclude a call-off framework agreement with two economic operators.
The object of the award procedure is the procurement of electrical and building services requirements for the institutions of the Max Planck Society by means of a call frame agreement, whereby it is intended to conclude a call-off framework agreement with two economic operators.
Through the present award procedure, common needs are bundled across institutions and made available to all users in the form of call-off agreements for subsequent institute calls on the joint SRM platform.
This is to be done by connecting the online shop solutions of the contractor sought with this procurement procedure. These online shop solutions will be integrated into the MPG procurement workflow.
This means that the product search and the compilation of a shopping cart is done in the respective online shop of the respective contractor, and that this shopping cart is then transferred to the MPG SRM system to handle further internal processes (e.g. approval). The order is then made from the SAP system of the respective MPG facility.
Data exchange between the respective contractor's online shop and the MPG's eProcurement system takes place via the SAP standard OCI interface (Open Catalog Interface). The MPG eProcurement system uses OCI version 4.0.
Against this background, this award procedure is carried out with the aim of finding two contractors who supply the client with electrical and building services articles on demand from a call-off frame agreement.
The scope of services consists of the following service components:
1. provision, connection and operation of an online shop for the Max Planck Society and 2. sale and supply of products from the field of electrical/building technology, such as cables, wires, lamps, duct and pipe, small materials (connectors, light switches, cable ties, switches, sockets, etc.)
The basic contract period is 2 years (24 months), calculated from the time the contract and service starts.
The entire contract period is a maximum of 4 years (48 months), calculated from the time the contract and service starts. At or after the end of the basic contract period, the client has an ordinary right of termination every year (annual cancellation option). If the client does not make use of his right of termination, the call frame agreement is extended for another 1 year at a time. In total, the call frame agreement will continue to run for a maximum of 2 years (24 months) after the basic contract period has expired (option period).
The estimated total order volume of this award measure over the maximum possible contract period is a total of 4,200,000.00 euros (estimated/estimated quantity) for all contracting parties (2). A maximum of 5,000,000.00 euros can be called up over the maximum possible contract period from the call-off frame agreements concluded within the scope of this award (maximum value/maximum quantity).
