The city of Hilpoltstein is planning to build a new sports hall with a teaching pool at the Hilpoltstein primary school.

The subject of this award is the planning services of building project planning in accordance with Part 3, Section 1 § 33ff. HOAI 2021 in service phases 1 to 9.

The city of Hilpoltstein is planning to build a new sports hall with a teaching pool at the Hilpoltstein primary school as a replacement for the current teaching pool and the existing gym, which is in poor structural condition. The use of the educational swimming pool is primarily aimed at school sports, but it is also intended to be used by the public and associations. A pool size of 25.0 m x 12.5 m (5 lanes) is provided for this purpose. Alternatively, a variant with 16.66m+8.00m (4 lanes) in Lph 2 and, if necessary, 3 will be investigated and cost estimates or cost calculations will also be developed as a basis for decision-making. The pool is to be equipped with a movable floor. Based on the pool size, the necessary additional areas as well as functional and ancillary rooms must be developed.

The use of the gym is also geared towards school sports, which is a 1-field sports hall (27.0m x 15.0m x 5.50m), along with associated ancillary rooms.

In the course of planning, proposals are to be developed as to what extent functional and ancillary rooms of the two usage units of the teaching pool and sports hall can be superimposed and the two halls can be combined. Development and parking concepts are to be developed.

When implementing the measure, great emphasis is placed on sustainability, so that the use of timber construction is also to be examined.
