Maintenance and troubleshooting contract for pedestrian doors, automatic parking doors, access barriers and entrance gates for buildings on the heritage of Pays de Meaux Habitat. This is a call for tenders opened pursuant to Articles R2124-2 1 ° and R 2161-2 and following of the Public Order Code. This contract will take effect from the date on the notification (provisional January 1, 2024) and will end on December 31, 2024. At the end of this period, it may be the subject of three express renewals for a period of 12 months respectively. The client will inform the contract holder by email 3 months before the expiry of the contract of his intention to renew the contract.

Lot 1 includes services at fixed prices and services at unit prices constituting a framework agreement without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 250,000 euros excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract concluded with an economic operator and executed as and when purchase orders are issued without negotiation and reopening of competition pursuant to Articles R 2162-2 paragraph 2 and R 2162-13 and 14 of the Public Order Code.

Lot No. 2 only includes unit services constituting a framework agreement without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 800,000 euros HT over the total duration of the contract concluded with an economic operator and executed as and when purchase orders are issued without negotiation and reopening of competition pursuant to Articles R 2162-2 paragraph 2 and R 2162-13 and 14 of the Code of Public Procurement.
