The subject of the contract is the provision of medical services in the field of occupational medicine for soldiers and RON employees working and serving in Świdwin.

The subject of the contract is the provision of medical services in the field of occupational medicine for soldiers and RON employees. The scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular:

- performing preventive medical examinations - preliminary, periodic, control,

- performing laboratory and other tests specified in the table, ordered by an occupational medicine doctor, sanitary and epidemiological tests,

- conducting preventive actions aimed at eliminating the health effects of existing threats,

- issuing medical certificates for the purposes provided for in the Labor Code and implementing regulations,

- performing medical examinations for sanitary and epidemiological purposes in accordance with the Act of 5.12.2008 on preventing and combating infections and infectious diseases in humans,

- testing of drivers and medical examinations directed at the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases for soldiers and RON employees in the threat group,

- performing ophthalmologic consultations with a prescription and issuing a separate certificate for persons having an indication to work with screen monitors (Regulation of the Minister of Labor and Social Policy of 1.12.1998 on health and safety at work in a position equipped with screen monitors),

- performing additional tests and referral for specialist consultations if the doctor deems it necessary for the correct assessment of the health condition of the RON employee and the staff,

- providing other health services which the employer is obliged to provide pursuant to separate provisions.
