Comprehensive supply of electricity in the field of energy sales and provision of electricity distribution services for the Municipality of Tomaszów Mazowiecki

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service including elements of electricity sales and distribution. As part of the performance of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to supply electricity and provide transmission services. The execution of the order should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10.04.1997. Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and implementing acts to this Act. Estimated amount of energy supplied in the annual period – 1,329,255 kWh, including energy settled in the following tariff groups: B 11 – 36,523 kWh - 1 point, C 11o – 296,287 kWh – 103 points, C 11 – 613,847 kWh – 55 points, C 12a – 83,688 kWh – 4 points I tariff (peak) – 24,757 kWh II tariff (off-peak) – 58,931 kWh, C 12b – 83,974 kWh - 3 points I tariff (peak) – 55,656 kWh II tariff (off-peak) – 28,319 kWh, C 21 – 210,335 kWh – 2 points, G 11 – 4,601 kWh – 4 points.
