1. The subject of the contract is the performance of the task entitled: Public transport in the city of Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki in the years 2024 - 2025.

2. The subject of the contract includes the provision of communication services on 3 routes:

1) NDM 1 LINE 29.4 km long – 10 trips a day, from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

2) NDM 2 LINE 30.2 km long – 10 trips a day, from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

3) NDM LINE 3 with a length of 42.1 km – 4 trips per day adapted to the working hours of plants in the industrial district (i.e. delivery and collection of employees at 6:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m.) – arrival at Graniczna Street no later than 10 minutes before the above-mentioned hours, departure no earlier than 15 minutes after the above-mentioned hours.

1. Services will be provided;

1) for NDM1 Line: Monday to Friday, except holidays;

2) for NDM2 Line: Monday to Friday, except holidays;

3) for NDM3 Line: on all days except 25 December, 1 January and the first day of Easter;

4) Service for the NDM3 line should be performed on 1 November.

5) Services on 24 December and 31 December will be provided until approx. 5:00 p.m. – after the end of the full course according to the schedule.

3. The Contractor is obliged to provide free travel for all persons using public transport.
