Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the awarding documentation, in accordance with the deadline set by the contracting authority in the participation notice and the procurement data sheet - Section I.3), namely the number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers: 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
