The Education and Training Sector of the City of Helsinki (also referred to as the “Procurement Unit”) is acquiring an inventory management system for the use of the Stadin Ammattiopisto (Stadin AO). The inventory management system will serve both the Roihupelto unit of Stadin AO, which will have a central warehouse, and other Stadin AO locations. The purpose of the inventory management system is to ensure the management and inventory of goods and materials in the warehouses. In addition to the central warehouse, there may also be storage locations in other Stadin AO locations in the Helsinki area (see detailed information about the locations: https://stadinao.hel.fi/). All storage locations will be operated through the same inventory management system. The procurement does not include physical devices such as picking automation, conveyor belts, or storage machinery.
The inventory management system must be available to the purchaser by 19 December 2025.
The procurement also includes as options the implementation of the following integrations between the inventory management system and the mentioned systems. The optional integrations are intended to support the smooth use of the inventory management system in the Procurement Unit. The supplier must offer options as part of their proposal.
The Procurement Unit will decide on the use of options later separately. The Procurement Unit is not obligated to implement the options. The detailed implementation of the integration will be agreed upon between the chosen Supplier and the Procurement Unit at the time of taking up the option.
Each integration is its separate option.
