The Centralized Court Management System will replace the current key system of the Ministry of Justice, IS Court Management. As a comprehensive centralized information system, it will be built modularly and cover all existing as well as newly required agendas and services of the Ministry of Justice, thus encompassing the entire life cycle of court proceedings from the filing of a lawsuit to the issuance of a final decision. The new centralized solution will enable the implementation of modern architectural and technological principles as well as the establishment of the required level of security. The centralized solution will also allow for the uniform development of integrations with external entities, accelerating and enhancing the provision of data externally. The centralized solution will enable the realization and adherence to unified optimized processes and establish the required rules for all courts in the Slovak Republic.
The Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as "MSSR") as the contracting authority is conducting preparatory market consultations in accordance with § 25 of Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Public Procurement Act") for the aforementioned planned subject of the contract.
The purpose of the preparatory market consultations and preliminary involvement of interested parties (hereinafter referred to as "PMC") is:
• preparation and informing potential interested parties about the planned public procurement for the aforementioned subject of the contract;
• obtaining and evaluating feedback from economic entities - potential interested parties participating in the preparatory market consultations,
Participation in the PMC is voluntary, and the interested party may freely decide whether to attend the PMC or not. An interested party who participates in the PMC must be aware of the legal regulation of the PMC, particularly the consequences arising from the participation of an economic entity in the PMC with regard to § 25 and § 40 (7) of the Public Procurement Act. Economic entities that participate in the PMC may participate in the upcoming public procurement and submit their responses.
