1. The subject of the contract is the expansion of the hospital IT system PACS with the module "2D and 3D Procedure Planning" along with technical support for Copernicus PL Sp. z o.o.
2. The subject of the contract consists of 1 part. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its execution are included in:
1) Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ),
2) Attachment No. 3 to the SWZ – Draft agreement.
3. The items offered must be approved for circulation and use in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
4. In all provisions of the SWZ and its attachments, where the Ordering Party refers to standards, approvals, technical specifications or reference systems or where trademarks, parameters or sources of origin (names of manufacturers or devices) are indicated, in accordance with Article 99, paragraph 5 and Article 101, paragraph 4 of the Pzp Act, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.
5. The Ordering Party does not reserve the possibility of applying for the contract solely by Contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Pzp Act.
6. The Ordering Party does not impose requirements referred to in Article 96 of the Pzp Act.
7. The Ordering Party requires that the purchased assortment complies with the principle of “do no significant harm” to the environment (DNSH - “do no significant harm”).
8. Source of funding for the public procurement: The contract is financed under Investment D1.1.2. “Accelerating the processes of digital transformation in healthcare through further development of digital services in healthcare (competitive recruitment).” implemented as part of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan.
9. Pursuant to Article 257, point 1, the Ordering Party informs that it may annul the procedure for awarding the contract if the public funds intended to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
