The contracting authority provided an indicative intervention number for 2023, which is 1,860,060 units (tests), of which: - inpatient case number: 304,405 units (16%) - outpatient case number: 1,555,655 units (84%) The performance volume limit for laboratory interventions at the institution (TVK): 47,059,572 points/year (3,921,631 points/month). The successful bidder must ensure that the test results are submitted electronically integrated into the health IT system operating at the contracting authority. The total cost of integrating the IT system will be borne by the successful bidder. The requirements for the integration of the IT system and the full task description are included in the procurement documents. The contracting authority reserves the right to switch to another medical system during the term of the contract; in this case, the successful bidder must also undertake the integration to the new medical system without extra compensation. The successful bidder must accept and perform tests carried out by its own laboratory as well as accept tests not conducted by it and have them performed in another institution, meaning it must offer a complete testing portfolio (as defined in the procurement documents regarding the testing portfolio). The successful bidder will enter into a rental agreement with the contracting authority simultaneously when the collaboration contract for the service is signed for the use of the site provided for sample collection (Ambulance building and connecting corridor), with the content issued in the procurement documents. The bidder is required, at its own cost and liability, to manage cleaning, disinfection, washing, sterilization, disposal, and destruction of hazardous waste in the rented space. Obtaining and continuously ensuring all necessary official permits for the provision of laboratory services are the responsibilities of the successful bidder at its own risk and expense. The successful bidder is obliged to pay rent for the rented premises. The monthly rental fee is: 1,500,000 HUF, with the obligation for the winning bidder to also pay utility costs as specified in procurement documents. The rent does not change during the term of the contract. Execution of tests arising during operation and providing the necessary personal and material conditions is the responsibility of the bidder. The bidder is obliged to apply an independent IT network, software, IT system that is compatible with the clinical IT system currently in use at the contracting authority necessary for the service activity and its records, no later than within 30 days after the date of contract signing, which ensures online access to support the administration of tests. The bidder must undertake to integrate new instruments and tests into the system when introduced. The bidder must equip the rented area with the necessary tools for carrying out the activity before commencing the service activity. The bidder must ensure correct operation, as well as repair and maintenance of machines and tools, and must support continuous professional training and further training of employees, for which it shall prepare a report by the end of each year. The bidder must undertake in its offer that it will start providing the service within 30 days after the day of handing over the service area.
