The subject of the joint public procurement "Supply and Installation of E-Charging Stations and Equipment" is the implementation of charging infrastructure, which includes the main activities of design, obtaining approvals and permits, supplying equipment with its installation, installing necessary materials, and performing construction works (hereinafter: goods), as detailed in the technical specifications - the technical part of the documentation related to the public procurement submission.
The contracting authority wishes to:
- obtain offers based on which it will enter into a framework agreement for a period of twenty-eight (28) months or until the maximum estimated contractual value under the framework agreement is exhausted, with the right to extend the validity period of the framework agreement if the maximum estimated value is not exhausted/achieved in twenty-eight (28) months, with no more than five (5) bidders whose offers will be acceptable and based on the evaluation criteria the most favorable;
- select a supplier from among the bidders with whom a framework agreement has been concluded for the supply of goods for the first individual order based on the value from the open procedure.

The contracting authority will organize a site visit for the subject of the first individual order for the client HSE d.o.o. at Koprska ulica 92, 1000 Ljubljana, as well as an inspection of all existing systems at the location that relate to the implementation of the first order.
The site visit by the bidders is mandatory and a condition for submitting their offer, as this allows bidders to familiarize themselves in detail with the location and all existing systems at the location that relate to the implementation of the first order. Therefore, before submitting their offers, bidders must conduct a site visit; the rules regarding the conduct of the visit are presented in the technical specifications - the technical part of the documentation related to the submission of the public procurement.
