A next-generation system for comprehensive sequencing, including:
preparation, sequencing, and analysis of proteins to the single molecular level, single amino acid sequences.
The technology should include color-coded N-terminal amino acid recognizers and semiconductor chips to detect the binding characteristics and order of binding of N-terminal amino acids, leading to unique kinetic signatures that can be used to differentiate and identify residual amino acids and post-translational modifications.
Integrated directly into the system analytical software, allowing for:
Creating execution plans and workflows for analysis.

Desktop, specialized system for obtaining mass spectra from plates for thin layer chromatography.
Extraction and dissolution of the contents of the spot in liquid phase and subsequent mass analysis of the liquid sample.
Time for a single measurement, including placing the plate for thin layer chromatography ≤ 2 minutes.
To ensure compatibility of all components and modules, they must be from the same manufacturer.
Mass range 10–2000 m/z or more.
Switching between positive and negative operating mode during a single measurement ≤ 50 milliseconds.
Ion source: ionization modes must include both ASAP/APCI and at least ESI for effective ionization of both nonpolar and polar compounds (in positive and negative mode).

Raman microscope for analysis and imaging.
The system must operate with at least 4 different lasers, each with a specific wavelength and diffraction grating.
The system must have minimum Class 1 safety.
The system must have at least the following features:
- autofocus;
- software-controlled calibration;
- automatic correction of fluorescence.
Confocal resolution in depth: ≤ 2 µm.
Aperture width – minimum 4 (four) software-selectable values.
Automated laser polarization – at least horizontal, vertical, and depolarization.
Excitation lasers: wavelength 532 nm with maximum power on the sample ≥ 10 mW.
The system must control the power of the laser on the sample, by setting a value with a step ≤ 0.1 mW. Control must be performed through an integrated power meter.
Possibility to add lasers with wavelengths of at least 455 nm, 633 nm, and 785 nm.
Availability of a camera for observing the sample.
Software for controlling the spectrometer, processing, and storing the obtained data.
