Description:
The procurement involves a complete solution for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a solar park expansion and electric energy storage device, including various systems and integration with existing infrastructure.
The subject of the procurement is the turnkey complete solution design, supply, construction/installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of a solar park expansion and electric energy storage device at the production site of OÜ Rõngu Pagar. The solution includes PV expansion, at least 1 MW / 5 MWh BESS battery storage, PCS, EMS/BMS control, fire safety and protection systems, as well as integration with the existing electrical installation, grid connection, and backup power solution. / Grounds for exclusion and qualification requirements: See procurement base documents.
