It is a composite framework agreement corresponding: - in part, to an ordinary contract for services remunerated by a global and fixed price. - for another party, to a framework agreement with single-party purchase orders entered into pursuant to Articles R2162-1 to 6 of the French Public Procurement Code, for additional services remunerated by the application of a unit price. The Framework Agreement is executed as and when purchase orders are issued and is concluded with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 1,000,000 euro(s) excluding VAT over 60 months. The market is not broken down into lots. The contract is broken down into 1 firm tranche and 4 optional tranches. The contract will be executed from the date of notification until the completion of the assignment, i.e. for a contractual period of 60 months. Free variants are not allowed
