Guarding of the EDF PEI Etablissement de Bellefontaine power plant (MARTINIQUE).

The Account Holder must carry out the services of guarding and access controls of the site 24 x 24 and 7 days a week.

The service consists of guarding, monitoring and managing access to EDF PEI Etablissement de Bellefontaine's electricity production site 24 x 24 and 7 days a week.

The service takes place on a site subject to the ICPE Seveso high threshold regulation of vital importance for Martinique.

The site includes the oil pier, the seawater unloading and pumping facilities on the old plant and the site of the new plant.

Access procedures to the site have been strengthened in accordance with government directives and the current reinforced posture of the Vigipirate plan.
