Work contract for the provision of chimney sweep services at small and medium-sized furnaces in the entire Berlin area.


Lot 1 - Reinickendorf

The AG concerns several housing associations. The AG is the owner and landlord of various properties and buildings in Berlin, which are equipped with small and medium combustion plants. In this context, the AG is subject to various obligations under the Schornsteinfeger- Handwerksgesetz (SchfHWG), the Sweeping and Verification Ordinance (KÜO), the Verification Ordinance (ÜV), the Ordinance on Small and Medium-sized Firing Plants (1. BIm-SchV) and other regulations. Since the AG itself does not have sufficient professional qualifications to perform these duties, it intends to transfer them to third parties as far as legally permissible.

The client transfers to the contractor (AN) the execution of all work in accordance with the respective fire brigade notice in connection with the specification of services and the other contractual basis.

The obligations of the AN extend to all properties named in the object list (hereinafter referred to as "objects"). The composition of the object list may change during the course of the contract.

The parties agree that the AN's performance obligations are performance-related. The Contractor owes as work success in particular the self-responsible, professional and timely fulfillment of the services designated in the respective fire brigade notice as well as the associated performance obligations in accordance with the specifications.


Lot 2 - Pankow
