The services to be provided include the collection of the negatives from the client (hereinafter referred to as the AG), the transport to the contractor (hereinafter referred to as the AN), the digitization of the negatives and the naming of the resulting files and file folders by the AN according to the specifications of the AG Embed the negatives in new archive sleeves to be labeled by the AN after the digitization and finally the return transport to the AG.
Lot 1The first data provision must be made by September 22nd, 2021.
The last initial data provision (without any corrections) must be made by February 15, 2025.
Scope: 526 archive boxes; approx. 1,050,000 negatives in small format (black and white)
Expected target scans: approx. 9 100
Average weekly production rate to be expected: approx. 5,940 digitized negatives and targets
Weekly production quota in the first week: approx. 1,185 digitized negatives and targets
Transport batch size: 37-38 ABs.
Lot 2The first data provision must be made by January 24th, 2022.
The last initial data provision (without any corrections) must be made by June 15, 2025.
Total scope: 354 archive boxes, approx. 760,000 negatives, divided into:
Part 1: 252 archive boxes; approx. 600,000 negatives in 35mm format (color)
Part 2: 102 archive boxes; approx. 160,000 negatives in 35mm format (black and white and mixed colors)
Total target scans to be expected: approx. 9 100
Average weekly production rate to be expected: approx. 4,290 digitized negatives and targets
Weekly production quota in the first week: approx. 860 digitized negatives and targets
Transport batch size: 25-26 ABs.
Lot 3The first data provision must be made by May 23, 2022.
The last initial data provision (without any corrections) must be made by October 15, 2025.
Scope: 526 archive boxes; approx. 1,050,000 negatives in small format (black and white)
