Description:
The performance of services in the field of forest management in the Herby Forest District in the year 2022

The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, obtaining and breaking timber, to be carried out in the Herby Forest District in the year 2022. The place of execution of the subject of the order will be the administrative area of the Herby Forest District. The implementation of the works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forestry — relevant for the Package concerned. The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, harvesting and lumber rip-off resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ.

The performance of services in the field of forest management - forestry: Blachownia, Alexandria excluding services: mechanical fragmentation of wood residues and mechanical soil preparation

1. The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275 of late. — 'Forests Act') covering work on farming and forest conservation, protection of the forest, protection fire protection, harvesting and breaking timber, to be carried out in the area of the Forest District of Herby in the year 2022.

2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract shall include the total quantities of works in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, harvesting and lumber rip-off resulting from Annex 3 to SWZ, which consists of: Annex No 3.1. — size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; No 3.2. — sortment arrangement of timber harvesting; altogether no. 3.3. — summary of timber distances and conditions; Annex No 3.4. — summary of items not made available for machine-sourcing; Annex No 3.5. — information on the use of possible logging technologies; in Annexes No. 3.1 - 3.3. and 3.5. are estimated.

3. The description of the rules for the procedure for taking up forestry works is included in Annex 4 to SWZ - Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works.

4. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex No 4 to SWZ.

5. The framework schedule for basic forestry works shall include Annex 4 to the Agreement.

6. The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks concerning the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the execution of elements (parts) of the object of the contract to subcontractors In the event of an intention to perform the subject of a contract involving subcontractors, the contractor shall indicate in his tender the parts of the contract (tangible ranges) the execution of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and the names of possible subcontractors if they are already known. This indication should be placed on the Offer. In the absence of an indication in the Subcontract Offer, the Contractor will be able to introduce the subcontractor only under the terms set out in the contract.

7. The contracting authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons carrying out the procurement activities involving the acquisition and rip-off of wood raw material, if the performance of such activities involves carrying out the work in a manner defined in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text one: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended).

1.
