Supplying the Thuringian correctional facilities with pharmacy-only medicines, medicines not subject to pharmacy requirements, medical devices, medical consumables, usual pharmacy products and the provision of the associated advisory and administrative services - in accordance with current German law

The service to be provided results from the contract together with annexes V.1 (list of addresses) and V.2 (price list) and includes the supply to the Thuringian correctional facilities with pharmacy-only medicines, medical devices, medical supplies, medical consumables, usual pharmacy products as well as the associated consulting and administrative services.

It is pointed out that the Hohenleuben Correctional Facility is expected to be closed without replacement on September 30, 2024. With the closure of this institution, the supply of medicinal products also ceases, etc. In due course, a corresponding change to Appendix V.1 (mailing list) will then take place.
