1. The subject of the contract includes the sale and delivery of medical equipment for the needs of the Emergency Room and the Laboratory Complex, hereinafter also referred to as the devices, under the following PARTS of the contract:

1) PART 1 – cart/treatment cart – 6 pcs,

2) PART 2 - blood collection chair – 1 pc,

3) PART 3 – single-arm ceiling operating lamp – 3 pcs,

4) PART 4 – electrically controlled patient's bed – 5 pcs,

5) PART 5 – scrubber and disinfector – 2 pcs,

6) PART 6 – infant examination station with a radiator – 1 pc,

7) PART 7 – anesthesia trolley – 3 pcs,

8) PART 8 – resuscitation trolley type 1 – 1 pc,

9) PART 9 – trolley for transporting the patient with hydraulic adjustment and side rails (translucent for X-ray) – 8 pcs,

10) LOT 10 – tool trolley – 3 pcs,

11) LOT 11 – resuscitation trolley type 2 – 2 pcs.
