Painting:
The Droste-Hülshoff-Gymnasium (DHG) in Rottweil was built in 3 phases in 1959, 1965 and 1979 as a reinforced concrete skeleton structure with ribbed ceilings and wall infills in masonry on a hillside plot.
Construction sections I and II (together approx. 3,200 sqm GFA) are to be completely renovated in 2020-2022, the corresponding work is the subject of this tender. The construction sections will be cleared and renovated one after the other, BA II 2020 until early 2021 and BA I afterwards until mid 2022.
A replacement building for BA III will then be built (2022-2023) and finally BA III will be demolished. This work will be advertised separately at a later date.
The main focus of the intended tender is the following work:
- approx. 3 600 m
Glass fabric / leveling Q3 / primer and top coat of dispersion paint NAK 1-2, on wall surfaces
- approx. 957 m
Glass fabric / leveling Q3 / base and top coat of dispersion paint NAK 2, in the area of reveals / niches
- approx. 2 670 m
Primer and top coat on suspended plasterboard ceilings (perforated board ceiling or smooth ceiling)
- approx. 79 m
Primer and intermediate / top coat with emulsion paint NAK 2, on stair soffits or stair joists
- approx. 25 m
Priming and coating of steel stair railing posts
- approx. 10 m
Priming and coating of elevator shaft doors, at the factory
Primed
- approx. 4.5 m
Dust-binding paint for elevator shaft.
