The Central Finland Wellbeing Area is establishing a dynamic procurement system (DPS) for defibrillators and accessories. The procurement includes defibrillators, related device-dependent accessories (including products compatible with the current device inventory), and possible maintenance services.
The dynamic procurement system includes the following devices:
1. Semi-automated defibrillator (AED) and accessories:
- defibrillator AED
- defibrillator AED rhythm display
2. Multi-functional defibrillator and accessories:
- defibrillator monitor manual
- defibrillator for demanding emergency care
In internal competitions within the dynamic procurement system, the products to be procured, as well as the usage locations within the wellbeing area, will be specified.
The Central Finland Wellbeing Area will accept all candidates who submit an application to the system and meet the established eligibility requirements. Purchases will be made through separate requests for quotes, i.e., internal competitions within the dynamic procurement system.
The dynamic procurement system will be valid until 31.12.2030, unless shortened or extended by separate announcement.
During the establishment phase of the dynamic procurement system, applications must be submitted by the deadline of 29.4.2026 at 12:00. No internal competitions within the dynamic procurement system will be held during the establishment phase. The procurement phase will begin after the establishment phase. The dynamic procurement system will procure defibrillators and device-specific consumables for the entire wellbeing area.
Applications can be submitted throughout the entire validity period of the system.
The contracting unit may temporarily suspend the DPS, e.g., during holiday periods. When the system is closed, no internal competitions can be conducted. Applications can be submitted during the suspension and will be processed within 10 working days once the system is reopened.
