The subject of the negotiation procedure is planning services for the technical equipment in outdoor facilities for built-up land of the hospital, which does not directly serve the operation of the hospital.
The streets on the site of the former Lt. Müller barracks in Naumburgstr. In Brunswick were publicly dedicated. Now the often dilapidated media carriers (e.g. for district heating, water, electricity, etc.) installed on public roads are to be renewed in such a way that they are integrated into the public supply network and taken over by the suppliers. To this end, the media carriers that connect the client's buildings with the public lines must also be renewed.
The Contractor is taking this as an opportunity to comprehensively redesign the outdoor facilities of its properties on the site. In addition to the (re)design of open spaces, brownfield sites and parking lots, the project initially includes the comprehensive survey of the existing technical infrastructure laid in the outdoor area (water, district heating and electricity lines) and its new planning, as well as the reorganization/adaptation of the usage structure (parking and bicycle parking spaces, waste collection points, street lighting, etc.) to the necessary extent. The planning process requires explosive ordnance soundings and intensive coordination with the city and the utility companies. These services will be awarded in two separate lots:
• Lot 1: Technical equipment planning
• Lot 2: Object planning of outdoor facilities
The subject of the present contract is only the planning services of the technical equipment (Lot 1).
