Renewal of the provident plan

As of 31 January 2021, the Régie Eau d'Azur had 416 employees under private or public law. The objective for the Régie Eau d'Azur is to renew its provident cover taken out in 2017 and thus lead to the implementation of the new provident scheme as of 1.1.2022. To date, all employees of the Régie Eau d'Azur benefit from provident coverage, the level of guarantees for which is distinguished by college:

- managerial staff: staff covered by articles 4 and 4 bis of the CCN Agirc of 14.3.1947 - non-managerial staff: staff not covered by articles 4 and 4 bis of the CCN Agirc of 14.3.1947 the pension plan provides for guarantees:

—— work stoppage / temporary incapacity to work;

—— death or total and definitive permanent disability.

The market is not allotted. The contract is not a master purchase order agreement. The Régie Eau d'Azur wishes to allocate to the provident plan a cost at most equal to the overall budget currently allocated to this risk: 400,000 EUR per year (total annual contributions at constant headcount). However, it will be tolerated, for the candidate not being able to respect this limit, to submit an offer which exceeds this constraint within a maximum limit of 5%. Note that the part of the contributions exceeding the current budget will be entirely the responsibility of the employees.
