The Coillte Group is a commercial state owned company operating in forestry, land based businesses and value added timber processing operations. The group has annual turnover in the region of EUR250m and is structured into three operating divisions namely Coillte Forest, Coillte Enterprise and Coillte Panel Products. The divisions operate in a diverse range of predominantly business to business markets in Ireland, the UK and Europe.

Coillte seeks expressions of interest for the supply of a mix of MFD’s (Multi function devices – scan, print,copy fax) across Coillte Offices throughout Ireland (27) and Europe (3). There are currently 100 devices in Coillte’s print fleet spread across our existing offices. With regard to volume in 2011 we had 2.6 million black clicks and 2 million colour.

The contractor will be required in advance of contract implementation, to carry out a print audit at each site and provide and install the appropriate size and quantity of machines necessary to satisfy staff needs at each site.

The contractor will be required to liaise with our IT staff to ensure machines are installed correctly on the Coillte network.

All maintenance and servicing (including provision of all consumables excluding paper) will be the responsibility of the contractor and service level agreements will be agreed as part of the contract.
