Sandøy municipality will, via this procurement, procure services for engineering design and construction management in order to take the project ‘Sandøytunet’ from a sketch project to the completed building. This is to include all links from the preliminary engineering design services, preparation of the basis for the main contract, announcing the main contract, engineering design services and construction management and builder ombudsman during the construction process and follow-up of the project until the complete building. The contract includes all the disciplines in the project.
