Nkom has, over time, seen a need to make major changes in how IT is used as a strategic policy. A new strategic vision for IT in the entire organisation has therefore been worked on, so that IT can support Nkom's strategic priority areas in the current strategy, business, and core assignments in the best possible way. Nkom is well underway with major change work that involves further detailing, mapping, procurements, and implementation. This change work will involve and affect the entire organisation, our digital portfolio, our processes, and assignment solving. The change work is divided into several phases. The concept phase has been completed, and we are well underway with the planning phase. This framework agreement will apply for the next phases of the change work (further planning, implementation, and realisation).
Nkom has, over time, seen a need to make major changes in how IT is used as a strategic policy. A new strategic vision for IT in the entire organisation has therefore been worked on, so that IT can support Nkom's strategic priority areas in the current strategy, business, and core assignments in the best possible way. It is important to make the future role of IT in Nkom's activities clear, and the organisation of IT's operational and development environment is a central part of being successful with this. The same applies to consciousness around competence needs, and the distribution between assignments that are carried out internally and deliveries that are procured externally (sourcing strategy).
Based on this vision, we are well underway with major change work that involves further detailing, mapping, procurements, and implementation.
