The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation along with the supervision of the author's construction of the water supply network and sanitary sewage network in the Raszyn Commune, divided into tasks. The subject of the contract includes the execution of construction projects and executive designs. The documentation must comply with the Public Procurement Law. The total number of elements to be designed separately for each task is presented in the table – price attachment (Excel spreadsheet), and graphic attachments. The scope of services covered by the contract shall include performance for each of the tasks respectively

Task No. 1: "Preparation of design documentation along with the supervision of the author's construction of the water supply network and sanitary sewage network in Dawidy Bankowe" As part of the task, it is planned to design a water and sewage network in the streets: Boryny, Rycerska, three reaching from Miklaszewskiego Street, reaching from Picturesque, Picturesque, Bell, French horn, String, Harp, Cello, Crystal, Classic, Chamomile, Sunset, Helena Expected quantities: • sewage channel length approx. 6482 m, • branches of the main sewage channel to the manhole on the property 517 m, • water supply network length approx. 3965 m, • water supply connections to buildings – 56 pcs. The quantities indicated shall be those foreseen.

Task No. 2 "Preparation of design documentation along with the supervision of the author's construction of the water supply network and sanitary sewage network in the towns of Łady and Podolszyn Nowy" As part of the task, it is planned to design a water and sewage network in Łady in the streets: Grudzi, Ziołowa, reaching from Długa, reaching from Miklaszewskiego, Migdałowa, Bakaliowa and Podolszynie Nowy in the streets: Cynamonowa, Imbirowa, Pogodna. Expected quantities: • sewer channel approx. 2175 m long, • branches of the main sewage channel to the manhole on the property 355 m, • water supply network approx. 1160 m long, • water supply connections to buildings 17 pcs. The quantities indicated shall be those foreseen.

Task No. 3 - "Preparation of design documentation along with the supervision of the construction of the water supply network and sanitary sewage network in the towns of Falenty Nowe, Falenty Duże, Laszczki" As part of the task, it is planned to design a water and sewage network in the following towns: - Falenty Nowe in the streets: Szafranowa and Chmielna od Grudzi, Widokowa, Rozbrat, Morelowa, without a name parallel to Radiienna, Kwitnąca - Falenty Duże in the streets: Rose, Brook. - Laszczki in the streets: Świerkowa, Na polanie, street without a name no. 1, street without a name no. 2 Expected quantities: • sewer channel length approx. 2470 m, • branches of the main sewage channel to the manhole on the property 690 m, • water supply network length approx. 2209 m, • water supply connections to buildings 37 pcs. The quantities indicated shall be those foreseen.

Task No. 4 - "Preparation of design documentation along with the supervision of the author's construction of the water supply network and sanitary sewage network in the towns of Jaworowa, Raszyn, Rybie" As part of the task, it is planned to design a water and sewage network in the town: - Jaworowa in the street without a name parallel to Urocza and Narożna - Raszyn in the streets: Finalowa, Słowikowa, Kochanowskiego - Fish in the streets: Skowronka, Poziomkowa, Wierna, without a name between Słowicza and Kanarka streets Expected quantities: • sewer channel approx. 1125 m long, • branches of the main sewage channel to the manhole on the property 580 m, • water supply network approx. 1052 m long, • water supply connections to buildings 9 pcs. The quantities indicated shall be those foreseen.

Task No. 5 - "Preparation of design documentation along with the supervision of the author's construction of the water supply network and sanitary sewage network in Sękocin Las" As part of the task, it is planned to design a water and sewage network in the streets: Słoneczna, Ks. Czetwertyńska, Mahoniowa, Palisadowa, Cedrowa, Cyprysowa, Borowika, Iglasta, Graniczna, street without a name, Jeża, Sowia Expected quantities: • sewage channel length approx. 4775 m, • branches of the sewer channel main to the manhole on the property 190 m, • water supply network approx. 5040 m long, • water supply connections to buildings 44 pcs. The quantities indicated shall be those foreseen.

Task No. 6 - "Preparation of design documentation along with the supervision of the author's construction of the water supply network and sanitary sewage network in Słomin, Sękocin Nowy, Sękocin Stary" As part of the task, it is planned to design a water and sewage network in the following towns: -Słomin in the streets Polanki - Sękocin Nowy in the streets: Graniczna, Słoneczna polana, Sadowa, Krakowska 14. Unnamed parallel to Franke and Sadowa streets - Sękocin Stary in the streets; Between Wiklinowa and Olchowa, Unnamed street from Graniczna street Expected quantities: • sewage channel approx. 2862 m long, • branches of the main sewage channel to the manhole on the property 174 m, • water supply network approx. 785 m long, • water supply connections to buildings 4 pcs. The quantities indicated shall be those foreseen.

Task No. 7 - "Preparation of design documentation along with the supervision of the author's construction of the water supply network and sanitary sewage network in the towns of Janki, Wypędy, Puchały" As part of the task, it is planned to design a water and sewage network in the following towns: - Janki in the streets in Przyjazna, Przelotowa, Zgodna, Mszczonowska, Al. Krakowska 10 (Dz. ew. 280), Godebskiego 23, 24A - Wypędy w ulicach: Sokołowska, - Puchały w ulicach; street without a name departing from Centralny Street Expected quantities: • sewage channel with a length of approx. 2597 m, • branches of the main sewage channel to the manhole on the property 130 m, • water supply network with a length of approx. 935 m, • water supply connections to buildings 29 pcs. The quantities given shall be those anticipated

Task No. 8 - "Preparation of design documentation along with the supervision of the author's construction of the water supply network in Laszczki, Jeżynowa Street" The scope includes the design of the water supply network in Jeżynowa Street: Expected quantities: • water supply network with a length of approx. 579 m, • water supply connections to buildings 14 pcs. The quantities indicated shall be those foreseen.
