The purpose of this contract is the provision of maintenance, cleaning and concierge work of the Juan Pérez Zúñiga Performing Arts Building, to maintain said facilities in perfect conditions of safety, operation and conservation. The service contracted includes conductive, preventive, corrective and legal technical maintenance of the aforementioned building.
