The subject of the contract is the supply (purchase) of electricity to Toruńskie Wodociągi Sp. z o.o. in Toruń within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended, hereinafter referred to as "PrEnerg") in 2024. Detailed information on the location of individual collection points (consumption, e.g. buildings, facilities), their description and assignment to individual tariff groups, as well as their current capacity and expected electricity consumption during the term of the contract are presented in Annexes 1 and 2 to the contract terms specification (SWZ).

The subject of the contract is the supply (purchase) of electricity to Toruńskie Wodociągi Sp. z o.o. in Toruń within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended, hereinafter referred to as "PrEnerg") in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to Toruńskie Wodociągi Sp. z o.o. in Toruń within the meaning of PrEnerg with an approximate volume of 13 140.00 MWh (13 140 000.00 kWh). This order does not include electricity distribution services. Detailed information on the location of individual collection points (consumption, e.g. buildings, facilities), their description and assignment to individual tariff groups, as well as their current capacity and expected electricity consumption during the term of the contract are presented in Annexes No. 1 and No. 2 to the SWZ. For connection points 1 ÷ 122 listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ - the Distribution System Operator (hereinafter referred to as "DSO") is ENERGA OPERATOR S.A., Marynarki Polskiej 130, 80 – 557 Gdańsk. For connection points 123 ÷ 127 listed in Annex 1 to the DSO - DSO is POLENERGIA DYSTRYBUCJA Sp. z o.o., Krucza 24/26, 00 - 526 Warsaw. As a result of concluding new agreements for distribution services or in economically justified situations for the ordering party, some of the parameters listed in the SWZ may change. Such a situation may concern contractual power or tariff (technical reasons), but such a change will be possible only within tariff groups located in the subject of the contract. The estimated electricity consumption was made with due diligence, however, it is indicative, estimated and was referred only to the current needs of the ordering party. The Contractor must have concluded and binding agreements, the so-called general distribution agreements, with the above-mentioned local DSOs, on the basis of which it will be able to sell electricity via the DSO's distribution networks to all facilities of the contracting authority indicated in the DSO. For all PPE, this is another change of the seller, and currently the role of electricity seller for all connection points listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ is performed by: ENERGA - OBRÓT S.A., Al. Grunwaldzka 472, 80 - 309 Gdańsk. The current contract for the supply of electricity is concluded for a definite period, i.e. until 31.12.2023. Further information can be found in SWZ.
