The subject of the order is the delivery of fresh, sour, trench vegetables, mushrooms, fruits and potatoes to the Legionowo Police Training Center and the Administrative and Economic Division in Sułkowice.

2) Part II — fresh and sour vegetables, mushrooms — delivery to the Legionowo Police Training Centre;

3) Part III — potatoes — delivery to the Legionowo Police Training Center;

Duration of the subject of the contract: successively in batches from 1 October 2021 to 30 June 2022. The scheduled date of first delivery from 1 October 2021.

The order will be completed in batches (2 times a week: Monday, Thursday).

In accordance with Article 310 of the Act, the contracting authority may invalidate the award procedure if the public funds which the Contracting Party intended to allocate to the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.

The Contracting Authority shall inform that in the event of circumstances surrounding the occurrence of COVID-19 which affect or may affect the due performance of the subject matter of the contract, the contract may be amended.

The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 455 (1) (1) of the Act, in connection with the specification of the operation of the unit and the possibility of a decrease in the number of fed status, reserves the possibility of not fulfilling the entire contract without financial and legal consequences

Minimum remuneration for the Contractor in this case in Part I — trench vegetables — delivery to the Legionowo Police Training Centre — 67 350,00 PLN.

The Contracting Authority shall, in this proceeding, apply the so-called 'reverse order of assessment' referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Act. The Contracting Authority shall inform that it shall first assess the tenders and then examine whether the Contractor whose offer is assessed as the most favourable is not subject to exclusion and fulfils the conditions for participation in the proceedings.

Part II — fresh and sour vegetables, mushrooms — delivery to the Police Training Center in Legionowo.

Duration of the subject of the contract: successively in batches from 1 October 2021 to 30 June 2022. The scheduled date of first delivery from 1 October 2021.

Duration of the subject of the contract: successively in batches from 1 October 2021 to 30 June 2022. The scheduled date of first delivery from 1 October 2021.

The order will be implemented in batches (once a week).

Part VII — fresh vegetables, sour, mushrooms, fresh cabbage, fruit — delivery to the Administrative and Economic Faculty in Sułkowice.

Duration of the subject of the contract: successively in batches from 1 October 2021 to 30 June 2022. The scheduled date of first delivery from 1 October 2021.

Deadline for delivery of young cabbage, botvinas — June 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022.

The order will be implemented in batches (twice a week).
