The subject of the Order is the construction, implementation, maintenance and technical assistance for the project "Internet Platform of the State Procurement Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), by performing:

1) Stage 1 – organization of the Order, solution analysis, development of technical design, mock-ups and project implementation methodology.

2) Stage 2 – construction of the Platform, launch on a test and pre-production environment and conducting tests.

3) Stage 3 – production Implementation of the solution.

4) Stage 4 – Provision of maintenance service.

5) Provision of technical assistance services – the right of option (during stages 1, 2, 3).

6) Provision of technical assistance services – the right of option after production implementation.

7) Implementation of additional modules – right of option.
