The contracting authority intends to realize a new seagoing quay with a wing wall in the Kaloothaven in Vlissingen-Oost. The new quay must be connected to the existing Zeevaartkade and has a total length of approximately two hundred and thirty (230) meters.

The purpose of this tendering procedure by the contracting authority is to conclude an agreement between the contracting authority and the winning tenderer for the performance of the aforementioned work for the Project.
