The subject of the contract includes the collection, collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated and collected:
1) on all real estate on which residents reside, located within the administrative boundaries of the City and Commune of Miękinia, covered by the municipal waste collection system, in accordance with Article 6c paragraph 1 of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws 2022.2519 of późn.zm.);
2) from public points - Appendix. 2.
3) from points of selective collection of municipal waste, the so-called PSZOK.

1. Collection, transport, collection and management of municipal waste generated and collected:

5. Equipping the owners of real estate where residents live with bags for selective collection of municipal fractions: "Paper" – the estimated quantity during the contract completion period will be 95,000 pcs. and "Metals and plastics" – the estimated quantity during the term of the contract will be 720,000 pcs.
6. Equipping waste collection devices with RFID transponders (chips) and their geolocation in the field by assigning containers to export points - the estimated quantity during the contract will be 2100 pcs.
7. The Ordering Party shall verify the correctness of reading data from chips (RFID) on an ongoing basis and submit comments to the Ordering Party. Then, at the request of the Ordering Party, it will replace the chip and pair it in the municipal computer system ECO Intelligence, to which it will receive access.
8. Equipping waste collection facilities (containers) with stickers specifying the type of waste collected. Print pattern - is attached to the Annex. 4. Wrapping of new devices will take place during the service of chipping containers. The contractor will conduct an ongoing inspection of the containers during the acceptance and, if necessary, will stick new stickers in the event of, for example, destruction of previous ones. The estimated quantity during the term of the contract will amount to a total of approx. 2100 pcs. (1000 pcs for glass, 1000 pcs for paper, 50 pcs for paper, 50 pcs for metals and plastics).
