Description:

Project management contract for the rehabilitation and residentialization of 82 collective housing units and tertiary premises located in Allonnes (72) within the framework of the Npnru Programme n°9018

This procedure consists of two phases:

-Phase 1 - Selection of Candidates

-Phase 2 - Submission of bids

The market includes:

- a basic mission governed by Book Iv "Provisions specific to public contracts related to public project management and private project management" of the Public Procurement Code,

The following complementary missions:

- The diagnostic mission element (Diag);

- Site scheduling, management and coordination (OPC);

- The energy efficiency mission with a view to obtaining the Bbc renovation 2009 label, and support for the constitution of the ANRU file;

- Social support in an occupied environment.

The contract is subject to an insertion clause through economic activity
