Odsherred Forsyning - New domicile

Odsherred Forsyning A/S is a utility company dealing with the types of water, district heating and wastewater. Today, the company is headquartered in Grevinge, but due to the expansion of employees and activities in the company, there is a need for a larger and more up-to-date framework. Odsherred Forsyning therefore wants to build a new domicile that brings together the utility's current scattered locations and which in the long term allows the company to grow further. The domicile will be built on the outskirts of Vig in Odsherred Municipality on Uglekildevej, plot 14em, which is subject to local plan 4E4-3. Overall, Odsherred Forsyning is disposed of in three buildings, with a total area of approx. 4900 m2, as shown in the situation plan on Appendix 3-6, page 2• Building A, administration building with changing facilities (certified to DGNB gold)• Building B, warehouse and workshop building and covered parking of operating cars• Building C, garage for the emptying department's sewer cleaners with car washBuilding A must be certified to DGNB gold according to DGNB screening (Appendix 3-8). Building A is the unifying building in Odsherred Forsyning, which forms the framework for the daily activities both professionally and socially. The building will be established on two floors, respectively ground floor and parterre floor. The part of the building that is free of the ground will be established with a load-bearing wooden structure with a focus on reducing the overall CO2 footprint. In general, all employees' offices are gathered on the ground floor, and common facilities such as canteen and changing rooms in parterre. The building's functionality and layout must support and strengthen the community between office workers and operational employees across the company. This is one of the reasons why the changing facilities and common meeting rooms are located in building A, as this will naturally bring operational employees to cross their paths with the other colleagues in the domicile on a daily basis. The functionality of Building B is primarily related to the utility's operational tasks. The warehouse and workshop are frequented by operations employees from wastewater and water and heat, who, for example, collect spare parts and protective equipment or bring in pumps for washing and repair. As the activities often involve transport to and from external locations, covered parking for the employees' operating vehicles will be established as an integral part of Building B. Building C serves as a partially heated garage for the utility's sewer cleaners and associated trailers, which are operated by driver and operational employees from the emptying department. Integrated into building C, an automatic car wash will be established for washing sewer cleaners and operating vehicles. As the sewers have a considerable length and turning radius, the system around building C also includes a large manoeuvring area that allows entry and exit of the large cars. The authority project is expected to be carried out in the spring of 2023. The main design/execution project is expected to be completed in summer 2023. Construction is expected to start in mid-August 2023 with a construction period of 13-15 months. The turnkey tender includes the design and execution of buildings A, B and C for Odsherred Forsyning with associated road, parking, paving, planting and landscape projects. Estimated areas of the final building are shown in area and space tables, cf. Appendix 3-11, 3-12, 3-13, 3-14. Further information about the site and the task is described in the construction programme and other related tender documents. The tender is based on initial dispositions carried out by Kullegaard A/S.The turnkey contract offer is submitted on the basis of the following conditions.
