Collection of municipal waste from real estate located in the City of Bydgoszcz - remaining in the municipal waste system organized by the City of Bydgoszcz
Sector and housing estate of the Vistula area, Tatrzańskie housing estate, Stary Fordon housing estate1. The following services and obligations shall be the subject of the contract for which the OP has been drawn up:
1) collection of municipal waste:
a) from real estate remaining in the municipal waste collection system organized by the City of Bydgoszcz, where the collection will be carried out from the Warsaw Heat and
b) from the points referred to in Chapter X, paragraph 10 of the OPZ
- located in a given Sector (according to part of the contract)
c) on the orders of the Ordering Party provided for in Chapter X, paragraph 2 of the OPZ, in the area of a given Sector (according to the part of the contract),
2) transport of municipal waste collected as part of the services referred to in point 1) above to the Waste Management Sites,
3) transfer of transported municipal waste at the Place of waste management, for their subsequent management,
4) providing bags for the collection of individual fractions of municipal waste,
5) marking containers for collecting individual fractions of municipal waste contained in the CI with the required stickers,
6) ensuring adequate sanitary condition of containers intended for the collection of municipal waste located in the EaP by washing them,
and services and obligations related to the above-mentioned services and obligations, resulting from the procurement documents.
2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL. The reservation of entitlement referred to in the previous sentence shall apply independently to each of the distinguished parts of the contract. A similar contract may be awarded once or several times, but the value of the contract or similar contracts may not exceed 50% of the value of the individual lots of the basic contract. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the reserved right, in particular in the case of:
1) commission the contractor for the collection of municipal waste in a period earlier or later than provided for in the basic contract,
2) entrusting the contractor to perform services other than those covered by the subject of the basic contract, provided that they are related to the subject of the basic contract,
3) commissioning the contractor to perform the same services in an area other than the area of the Sector to which the public procurement contract will apply (depending on the subject of the basic contract),
- with the proviso that it is possible to exercise the reserved right also to the extent combining two or more of the above-mentioned conditions.
3. The contractor shall lodge a security before the deadline for submission of tenders in the amount of:
1) PLN 500,000.00 (in words: five hundred thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the first part of the contract,
2) PLN 600,000.00 (in words: six hundred thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the second part of the contract,
3) PLN 650,000.00 (in words: six hundred and fifty thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the third part of the contract,
4) PLN 750,000.00 (in words: seven hundred fifty thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the fourth part of the contract,
5) PLN 800,000.00 (in words: eight hundred thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the fifth part of the contract,
6) PLN 550,000.00 (in words: five hundred and fifty thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the sixth part of the contract,
7) PLN 450,000.00 (in words: four hundred fifty thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the seventh part of the contract,
8) PLN 450,000.00 (in words: four hundred fifty thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the eighth part of the contract,
9) PLN 500,000.00 (in words: five hundred thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the ninth part of the contract.
Sector II Osiedle Nowy Fordon, Osiedle Bydgoszcz Wschód-Siernieczek-Brdyujście1. The following services and obligations shall be the subject of the contract for which the OP has been drawn up:
1) collection of municipal waste:
a) from real estate remaining in the municipal waste collection system organized by the City of Bydgoszcz, where the collection will be carried out from the Warsaw Heat and

Sector III Osiedle Leśne, Osiedle Bartodzieje, Osiedle Jachcice1. The following services and obligations shall be the subject of the contract for which the OP has been drawn up:

6) PLN 550,000.00 (in words: five hundred and fifty thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the sixth part of the contract,
7) PLN 450,000.00 (in words: four hundred fifty thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the seventh part of the contract,
8) PLN 450,000.00 (in words: four hundred fifty thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the eighth part of the contract,
9) PLN 500,000.00 (in words: five hundred thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the ninth part of the contract.
Sector IX Osiedle Kapuściska, Osiedle Zimne Wody-Czersko Polskie, Osiedle Łęgnowo, Osiedle Łęgnowo-Wieś1. The following services and obligations shall be the subject of the contract for which the OP has been drawn up:
1) collection of municipal waste:
a) from real estate remaining in the municipal waste collection system organized by the City of Bydgoszcz, where the collection will be carried out from the Warsaw Heat and
b) from the points referred to in Chapter X, paragraph 10 of the OPZ
- located in a given Sector (according to part of the contract)
c) on the orders of the Ordering Party provided for in Chapter X, paragraph 2 of the OPZ, in the area of a given Sector (according to the part of the contract),
2) transport of municipal waste collected as part of the services referred to in point 1) above to the Waste Management Sites,
3) transfer of transported municipal waste at the Place of waste management, for their subsequent management,
4) providing bags for the collection of individual fractions of municipal waste,
5) marking containers for collecting individual fractions of municipal waste contained in the CI with the required stickers,
6) ensuring adequate sanitary condition of containers intended for the collection of municipal waste located in the EaP by washing them,
and services and obligations related to the above-mentioned services and obligations, resulting from the procurement documents.
2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the PPL. The reservation of entitlement referred to in the previous sentence shall apply independently to each of the distinguished parts of the contract. A similar contract may be awarded once or several times, but the value of the contract or similar contracts may not exceed 50% of the value of the individual lots of the basic contract. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of exercising the reserved right, in particular in the case of:
1) commission the contractor for the collection of municipal waste in a period earlier or later than provided for in the basic contract,
2) entrusting the contractor to perform services other than those covered by the subject of the basic contract, provided that they are related to the subject of the basic contract,
3) commissioning the contractor to perform the same services in an area other than the area of the Sector to which the public procurement contract will apply (depending on the subject of the basic contract),
- with the proviso that it is possible to exercise the reserved right also to the extent combining two or more of the above-mentioned conditions.
3. The contractor shall lodge a security before the deadline for submission of tenders in the amount of:
1) PLN 500,000.00 (in words: five hundred thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the first part of the contract,
2) PLN 600,000.00 (in words: six hundred thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the second part of the contract,
3) PLN 650,000.00 (in words: six hundred and fifty thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the third part of the contract,
4) PLN 750,000.00 (in words: seven hundred fifty thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the fourth part of the contract,
5) PLN 800,000.00 (in words: eight hundred thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the fifth part of the contract,
6) PLN 550,000.00 (in words: five hundred and fifty thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the sixth part of the contract,
7) PLN 450,000.00 (in words: four hundred fifty thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the seventh part of the contract,
8) PLN 450,000.00 (in words: four hundred fifty thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the eighth part of the contract,
9) PLN 500,000.00 (in words: five hundred thousand zlotys), in the case of submitting an offer for the ninth part of the contract.
