(a) The award procedure shall aim at the completion of a

Service contract for the guarding, reception and locking service for the tax office Dessau-Roßlau (financial services, location Dessau-Roßlau) (see Annex "5 - Service description").

b) In order to guarantee the security needs of the aforementioned tax office, there is a special interest in a very good security quality and a smooth process without effects on the employees and visitors employed there.

c) The detailed scope of services results from Section 5. Appendix "5 - Specifications".

e) The additional information on VI.3 (see, for example, property inspection; Bidder questions) and in the appendix "1 - Notes and frequently asked questions" must be observed.

a) The services covered by the award can be briefly described as follows:

b) The operation of the service may not be impaired or disturbed by the service to be provided in accordance with this service description.

c) The contractor must comply with the building-specific regulations, such as the house and fire protection regulations, and make them known to his employees.

d) Compliance with the quality standards of the client must be ensured as well as the observance of the special features of the property and its use.

e) The quality criterion for the performance of the service is the permanent maintenance of order and safety on and in the objects, the prevention of dangers and damage and the protection of people, property and assets in compliance with the applicable laws, guidelines and requirements.

f) The contractor is obliged to carry out the services to be provided according to this service description professionally, properly and on time in accordance with all legal standards as well as in accordance with the requirements of an effective and service-oriented operation and taking into account ecological findings in such a way that the agreed performance success

achieved in very good quality and compliance with legal requirements (e.g. workplace ordinance, occupational safety, data protection, hygiene protection, letter and tax secrecy, environmental protection, accident prevention regulations, traffic safety obligations) and the regulations of the employers' liability insurance association are ensured.
