Window and facade construction.

Exterior doors

The “Globe” theater in Coburg is a multi-storey wooden structure in solid wood construction

Conceived, which stands on a basement made of waterproof concrete. The floor slabs are created using a wood-concrete composite construction method. All external walls are made as insulated and clad solid wood construction walls.

The special facade should be drawn as a wooden lamella facade over the entire height of the building. A maintenance walkway as a filigree steel construction is planned between the thermal envelope and the lamellar facade.

The 5 144.04 m is to be offered for this 2nd GFA and 27 848.14 m³ BRI large building

In addition to the trade-internal construction site equipment, the creation of all wood-aluminum windows / French doors (approx. 40 pieces) and several mullion and transom facades including the almost 15m high entrance facade.

Outbuildings 1-3:

The outbuildings are designed as a multi-storey timber frame construction. The buildings weigh down on a concrete slab with strip foundations. The floor slabs created as cross laminated timber slabs.

The adjoining building with all wood-aluminum windows / French doors (approx. 85 pieces) and the large mullion-transom facade of the connecting building (corridor) are to be offered for this.

- size adjoining 1: 852.83 m 2 GFA, 3,608.17 m³,

- size adjoining 2: 570.10 m 2 GFA, 2,444.75 m³,

- size adj. 3: 558.68 m 2nd GFA, 2 360.38 m³.

High demands are made on the execution and quality of the built-in windows due to the public function with high traffic and due to the property of an outstanding cultural building.
