1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of brand new computer equipment for educational units and units other than educational units in Olsztyn.

2. The subject of the contract was divided into 3 lots:

1) Part 1: computer sets;

2) Lot 2: computers and monitors;

3) Lot 3: notebooks.

3. The contracting authority provides for an inverted procedure, referred to in art. 24aa of the PPL Act. In accordance with art. 24aa of the Public Procurement Law, the Employer will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the Contractor whose tender will be initially assessed as the most advantageous is not subject to exclusion. The contracting authority will perform activities resulting from art. 87, art. 89 and art. 90 clause 1 of the PPL Act. However, in relation to the pre-selected Contractor, he will perform an entity analysis in terms of the grounds for exclusion.

Lot 1: computer sets

a) Under the basic order, the equipment must be delivered in the following quantities:

- computer set for units other than educational units - number of 100,

- computer set for educational units - number of 100 pieces

b) Under the order, the right device options must be provided in the following quantities:

- computer set for educational units - 24 pcs.

Each Contractor is obliged to secure his offer in part 1 a deposit in the amount of PLN 15,000.00

Lot 2: computers and monitors

a) Under the basic order, the equipment must be delivered in the following quantities:

- monitors for specialist notebooks - 40 pcs,

- computer screens for classrooms for educational units - 249 items,

- computers for classrooms for educational units - 249 items

b) Under the order, the right device options must be provided in the following quantities:

- computer monitors for classrooms for educational units - number of 100,

- computers for classrooms for educational units - number of 100

Each Contractor is obliged to secure its offer in part 2 of a deposit in the amount of PLN 25,000.00

Lot 3: notebooks

a) Under the basic order, the equipment must be delivered in the following quantities:

- specialist notebooks - 15 pcs.

Each Contractor is obliged to secure its offer in part 3 a security deposit in the amount of PLN 1,500.00
