The participating organizations, namely the municipalities of Bernheze, Boekel, 's-Hertogenbosch, Landerd, Oss, Uden, Meierijstad and Vught, each want to enter into a framework agreement for the supply of office supplies.
The agreement takes effect on 1.5.2021 and covers a two-year period. After this period, each individual organization has the option to renew the agreement twice for one year.
This concerns the delivery of office supplies to eight municipalities. The assignment has been deliberately merged. The relevant market consists of companies of such size that they consider the size of this contract to be proportional. The assignments show a lot of cohesion and the risks are manageable for both the client and the entrepreneur. Division into lots is not considered appropriate. In this way transaction costs of the tendering procedure are low for both client and market parties.
