The Contracting Authority wishes to conclude an Agreement with a (1) professional and reliable Entrepreneur for the execution of ICT Managed services. A price ceiling of 300,000.00 Euros is applied on an annual basis. The present agreement will take effect on 1 April 2023 and has a maximum term of ten (10) years, of which the initial term is four (4) years and the Contracting Authority has three times the possibility to extend it - under the same conditions - for a period of two (2) years.

Prior to contracting, the municipality of Molenlanden follows the restricted procedure of European tendering, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2012.

The Tender procedure is made up of two (2) phases:

1. A Sign-up Phase;

2. A Registration Phase.

On the basis of this Selection Guide including appendices, Entrepreneurs will be given the opportunity to make a Request.

The Contracting Authority intends to invite a maximum of five (5) Economic Operators to the Tender phase. This is on condition that there is a sufficient number of suitable Entrepreneurs.
