The municipalities of Brielle, Hellevoetsluis and Westvoorne each want to enter into an agreement with a supplier for Wmo aids. The 3 municipalities work together as a partnership of contracting authorities, jointly carry out the tendering for the contracts and are considered (jointly) as a contracting authority for these contracts. The municipality of Hellevoetsluis is secretary on behalf of the 3 municipalities. The Tender Procedure takes place in accordance with the requirements and (preconditions) as laid down by the Contracting Authority in these Tender Guidelines. Contract formation with regard to the Assignment takes place with due observance of the provisions of these Tender Guidelines, the Memorandum (s) of Information (if any) and the tender of the awarded Entrepreneur.

Incidentally, it is expected that the three municipalities will merge by 2023. The cooperation in this tender between the three municipalities is appropriate in this regard.
