Development of a concept for the realization and financing of a 5-group kindergarten in Bitburg.

The city of Bitburg (client) intends to establish a five-speed daycare center (daycare center). The daycare center can be built in a new building in either a converted or modernized existing property.

The contract to be awarded includes the procurement of a suitable property with or without existing property, the provision of the planning and construction services for the construction of the kindergarten and its turnkey handover to the client and, depending on the contract model to be offered by the bidder, the financing of the project.

(1) The offered property or existing property must be located within the area shown on the map in Bitburg (see award documents). In addition, the land must be suitable for the construction project in question and be available for it.

(2) The intended daycare center consists of 5 groups. The regulations of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate must be observed.

(3) The bidder shall propose a contract model for the realization and financing of the project for the client, which the client and the bidder will work out together in the dialogue phases.
