Provision of language courses. The requirement is for a service to provide English language training (ELT) to young officers of the Kuwait Army who will go on to attend training courses with the British Army.

The service provider will be required to provide a comprehensive and integrated programme of ELT and supporting services in Kuwait and the United Kingdom.

Initially the contract covers provision of the service to the final (third) tranche of Project Subhan 10 over the period 1.3.2012 to 30.8.2012. Additionally, the contract contains an option to provide the full annual requirement of 3 tranches for Project Subhan 11 (which has a planned delivery window of 1.6.2012 to 30.8.2013). If required, this option will be exercised at the Authority’s sole discretion.

The service provider will also be responsible for administration, transport, host family accommodation, domestic arrangements and Pastoral Care of students whilst in the UK.
